* The course develops the students into independent crop health consultants at village level or at any Agri Research Organization

* Equal to +2 science group without maths,students can appear medical entrance, entrance under ICAR(for Bsc Agri),BVoc and also for all paramedical courses

* Course include theory and practicals about Crop Health Management ,organic farming, hi-tech farming , production techniques and field level application of various bio control agents and bio pesticides.

*Training (OJT)in 1st &2nd year for two weeks each in krishibhavans, research stations and Krishi vigyan Kendra (KVK)

 - GOVT SECTOR -  assistant agricultural officer in krishibhavans, agricultural assistant KLDB, agricultural extension assistant, lab assistant in VHSE, vocational instructor in VHSE, work superintendent in agriculture department, field and farm technical assistant in various institutions like CTCRI,VFPCK,KAU etc.

 - PRIVATE SECTOR -  Food sample collector, assistants in crop health clinics, post harvest technicians, field representative in fertilizer and pesticide companies.

 
 - SELF EMPLOYMENT - private nursery ,vermi composting , bio fertilizer production,  api culture, protected cultivation, mushroom cultivation and spawn production etc.
 - SERVICE SECTOR - agro clinics, harvest services, agro service centers etc
